Where does sponsorship money go?
Sponsor money goes into the general fund to help pay for field expenses,
umpire fees, insurance premiums and other OVP operating costs.

Are all teams required to have a Sponsor?
Yes, because OVP does not require its players raise additional money
to cover operating costs.

As part of a team effort, parents on your team can collect money to
equal the $250.00 requirement.

What type of recognition does a Sponsor receive?
Donations over $500.00 and over will receive a Plaque, Team Photo,
Thank You Letter, Recognition at Opening/Closing Ceremonies, and Priority Website Advertising on our HOME page.
Donations $250.00 and over will receive a Plaque, Team Photo,
Thank You Letter, Recognition at Opening/Closing Ceremonies, and Website Advertising on our GAME SCHEDULES page.
Donations under $50-$100 will receive a Thank You Letter.
No matter what amount you donate, please know that your money
is going to help our sports program for the girls. This, in turn results
in promoting the growth of each girl's physical ability, sportsmanship
and team spirit!

No. Only sponsors that donate at least $250.00 will receive a plaque.

Can a team have more than one sponsor, even after it meets
its $250.00 minimum requirement
?
Yes. Any team can have multiple sponsors. Once a team meets its obligation,
additional sponsors may opt to become field sponsors or donate funds for
new equipment for the program.

What is the deadline for Sponsorship?
Sponsorships are due a few weeks after the start of Spring, All-Star &
Fall Ball seasons.

Where do I turn in my Sponsor form & check?
To prevent lost or missing checks and forms, all sponsor forms and checks WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED via mail.

Can I give my Sponsor form & check to our Coach or
Team Mom?
To assure each team and their sponsor receive credit, ALL sponsor
forms and checks MUST be mailed to the PO Box address listed above.
The league will not accept any hand-delivered checks in order to avoid
having information lost or misplaced.
